PRICES

- The prices are changing depends of GBP/EUR exchange rate. Payment on time allows customers to get the best exchange rate.

- There is no discount from the prices which you can see on the web store. Volume discounts are applied in the basket.

- We are paying sugar tax. All prices are including sugar tax, where it is applied.

- All prices are not including VAT, where it is applied. VAT will be shown on the invoice.

- If there is no grammage in the product's description, it will be price per kg.

- All prices include transport and delivery to the customer.

- We offer 1% discount for our next order, for customers who paid their last invoice on time (Payment Due date on the invoice) by bank transfer only.

- We offer 1% discount for our next order, for customers who help us with a van unloading (by forklift or by hand).

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

- Our warranty for ambient products is 2 months. If the product on delivery has a shorter expiry date than 2 months, you can return it on the next delivery or buy the product with 50% discount. 

Except: products where is expiry date in the product description; Dobrota and Penam which are fresh bakery products.

- Our warranty for chilled products is 10 days, except products which have description, "short expiry date" 

If you want to return chilled products with shorter expiry date, you have to do that on the delivery.

If you want to keep the short dated product, we can make an additional discount: 9 days - 10%, 8 days - 20%, 7 days - 30%, 6 days - 40%, 5 days - 50%, 4 days and less - 100% (free).

- We can take back only the single product, if the customer made a mistake in the order.  The customers are obligated to receive delivery after order confirmation, because we are not keeping stock in the UK (except alcohol and beer).

- The customer can cancel the order by Monday 8am, one day after deadline day. Orders for beer and alcohol can be canceled one day before delivery date.

- We can receive any complaints with regards to the delivery 48 hours after delivery time. Best way to contact is email to slavicfood@hotmail.co.uk, but we are accepting text messages as well.

SERVICE

- Our vehicles are fully refrigerated. Temperature of transport and storing for chilled products is 2-4°C. If you think the temperature on delivery was lower than 8°C (critical point in our transport), please contact our manager.

- Our driver is obligated to place chilled products to the closest space to the fridge. We are asking to make space in the shop before delivery, if its possible.

- Our driver is obligated to inform the customer about delivery time. Usually we are sending text message, when we are starting from previous delivery point.

- We can leave products on the pallet only for the customers which are using the forklift. On exchange, we are accepting only the euro pallets in good condition.
