  1. Go to https://slavic.orderspace.com/login
  2. Enter your email address and password. If you don’t remember password, click on “Forgot Password”? And we will send you email for password update. If you don’t have access to the email, call us and we can reset password for you.
  3. After clicking on “Sign In” you will go to the home page. There you can see photos of our best seller product. There you can also check Terms & Conditions
  4. The easiest way of ordering is going to “Search Products” and use number of product from the last invoice or last 6 digits from the EAN code on the product.
  5. Click on the yellow box and enter the amount which you need. “Minimum” is the minimum number for your order and “Multiply” is the number of product in the packaging. If you need more, you must multiply this by 2, 3 etc. Number with “+” is the bulk discount - price is lower if you will order more. If you click on the name of the product you can find more information like: description, shelf life etc.
  6. The fastest way of ordering is by going to the top left corner and click on the down arrow next to your account name, and on the “Orders”. You can open your order by clicking on it. Click on the right side “Copy To Basket”. Now you can click on the yellow boxes and edit quantity.
  7. After that is worth to check “Categories” from the menu list. First we recommend “BEST SELLER” - our product with the best volume of sale.
  8. One the bottom of “Categories” in “VAT STANDARD-RATED” you can check which product has VAT and delete it if you don’t like it.
  9. If you like to check your basket click on the green oval with the number on the top. You must change quantity of the products which are red.
  10. For sending the order, click “Checkout” in the basket, check all quantities and if you happy with order “Confirm Order”
  11. You must see “Thank you, your order is confirmed”.
  12. Now you can also check photos of product, so you can be sure that you have ordered the right goods.

You can close our website and come back to order later. Everything will stay in the basket. Have fun!
